Check-in & payment
Check-in is available after 2:00 PM and check-out is before 11:00 AM. On the day of arrival, we will send your accommodation information, property map, and key safe details so your arrival remains simple and contact free.
Booking details
- A $100 deposit is required for one or two-night stays. Longer stays may require a higher deposit.
- Deposits should be paid within 7 days of booking unless otherwise arranged.
- Gift certificates are available for special occasions and are valid for 12 months.
- Please call for a personalised quote on longer stays.
Important notes
- Dalrymples cottages are non-smoking and pets are not allowed.
- No parties or events are permitted without prior consent.
- Extra cleaning, damage, or unauthorised late check-out may incur additional charges.
- If more guests arrive than booked, we may refuse the booking or apply an additional charge.
Cancellation policy
- If a deposit is not received within 14 days, owners may cancel the booking.
- If you need to cancel, your deposit can be transferred to another date within 3 months of the original booking.
- Cancellations made within 7 days of arrival are non-refundable unless the accommodation is successfully re-let.
- No-shows are charged in full.
