A 50% deposit if payable for more than 2 days, public or school holidays. Please note that the owners have the right to cancel a booking if a deposit is not received within 7 days of the booking. If there is a cancellation, a deposit can be transferred to another date within 3 months of original booking. If you cancel of booking is within the 7 days of your arrival date. The deposit is no-refundable. We will make every effort to re-let the accommodation and if we are successful your deposit will be refunded. No show – payment in full is due and payable.
